Tehran is a water-saving three-function showerhead. The components are all designed for easy manufacturing (Injection molding), easy assembly, and very importantly easy disassembly. the body is designed in a way that it's possible to be manufactured using an insert in the mold after which it's manually removed from the injected part. A series of mold flow analyses guarantee components with minimum defects. visually and functionally.
Decreasing the water usage was made possible by exploring different methods of making the water output area as small as possible to increase the pressure using advanced mold making methods and exploring materials to find a TPR with the biggest shrinkage percentage.
